The Pennsylvania Office Office of Homeland Security In partnership with the Pa Attorney General’s Office Is hosting a free virtual workshop on cybercrime prevention
Date: Wednesday September 9th at 1 PM
Location: Parkside Borough, 22 East Elbon Rd. Parkside, PA 19015

Designed for older adults, caregivers, family members and anyone who wants to learn how to prevent cybercrime while online.
Older adults are increasingly being targeted by financial fraud, including impersonation scams, phishing emails, and other schemes designed to steal personal and financial information.
The Parkside Borough Police Department and Parkside Borough Council invite residents who cannot attend the webinar from home to join us at Borough Hall, where it will be streamed live. Attendees will be able to ask questions directly to the speakers.
Speakers will include:
· Pennsylvania Attorney General David W. Sunday, Jr. presenting with David Shallcross of the Office of Attorney General's Senior Protection Unit
· Mary Bach, Consumer Issues Task Force Chair of AARP PA
· Pennsylvania State Police Trooper First Class Ryan Seiple of the Office of Community Engagement
· Rick Cimakasky, representing the PA Bankers Association and VP Bank Fraud & Security Officer with Penn Community Bank and former FBI Special Agent
